When you rent or lease a PlanetFone, you will be billed for two separate items:
1. Rental fees which include shipping and optional insurance 2. Airtime charges
Airtime charges for calls made or received

PlanetFone welcomes ARC Europe members with a 35% discount off the standard United States cell phone rental and 45% off the phone rental for returning members.
The rates shown below reflect the ARC Europe discounted rates.

3. Shipping Charges
PlanetFone ships free within the United States with a four business-day advance order.
PlanetFone sends a Federal Express return-shipping package with the delivery of the mobile phone and equipment this will have our air bill attached. ARC Europe members pay $15.00 for return shipping (within the United States). This reflects a 25% discount.
- Shipping charges for Hawaii: Shipping to Hawaii $17.00, and to return the package to PlanetFone is $7.10. The total cost for round trip shipping is $24.10. This is with the four business day advance order
IMPORTANT: Shipping charges are quoted for the CONTINENTAL USA deliveries only; all other countries including Canada will vary. Please email us for our latest shipping rates for outside the U.S.A. at support@planetfone.com )
- Shipping rates to the US Virgin Islands is $34.97. Return shipping from US Virgin Island to USA Planetfone is $19.50. Total shipping rates for US Virgin Island is $54.47
- The shipping rates to San Juan Puerto Rico. 3 days shipping is $16.86. Return shipping from Puerto Rico to USA Planetfone $17.50. Total shipping rates for Puerto Rico is $34.36
- Please allow additional time for shipping to countries outside of the USA.
4. Insurance Charges: Free defaulted Insurance Coverage with a $75 deductible or ARC Europe Members can opt for Premium Insurance Coverage with no deductible for $.99 a day (this charge is $2.99 a day for non JAF members).
5. Miscellaneous Charges:
- Itemized Billing $2.50
- $75.00 cancellation fee
- $75.00 SIM cards replacement
