When you rent or lease a PlanetFone, you will be billed for two separate items: (1) rental charge for the phone, shipping and optional insurance and (2) airtime charges for calls made or received. Call charges, return
shipping and Theft & Loss Insurance are not included in the cost of the rental.

PlanetFone welcomes AAA members with an additional 10% discount off international cell phone rental fees. This discount is in addition to any promotion on-going at PlanetFone. We also offer 20% discount on the phone rental fees for returning AAA members.  The total discount is now 60% discount off rental fees for first time rentals. Returning AAA members receive 70% discount off rental fees.

3. Shipping Charge: PlanetFone ships free with a four-day advance order.

PlanetFone sends a Federal Express return-shipping package with the delivery of the mobile phone and equipment this will have our air bill attached. AAA members pay $15.00 for return shipping. This reflects a 25% discount.

IMPORTANT: Shipping charges are quoted for the USA only, all other countries including Canada will vary. Please call for shipping rates to these countries.

Please allow additional time for shipping to countries outside of the USA.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable foreign taxes, in some countries, are additional.

Other Charges:

 Mobile to Mobile calls: (PlanetFone mobile numbers)

Dialing mobile phone will be calling a UK country code (international call) receiving mobile phone will incur an incoming call cost. Incoming calls in the UK are free.

 Voice mail retrieval charges:

Retrieval of messages left in your Voicemail will be charged at the standard outgoing international call rate. Please refer to your Rental Agreement.
